The Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group (WMFTG) has launched the Qdos Conveying Wave Technology (CWT) pump which extends the capabilities of peristaltic pump know-how and presents longer service life than conventional tube-based designs.
Qdos CWT pumps achieve their peristaltic action by operating a fluid contact component that offers the same primary operate as the tube of a standard peristaltic pump. As well because the elimination of vapour locking, the component delivers stable, reliable performance, even with fluctuations in ambient temperature and pressure.
To obtain the peristaltic pumping action, the CWT pump head incorporates an EPDM element rather than a tube, which acts in opposition to a PEEK monitor. The resulting fluid contact element is subjected to very low stress levels, permitting the Qdos CWT to supply an extended service life.
Qdos CWT pumps offer excessive ranges of chemical dosing accuracy in water therapy applications. เกจวัดแรงดันเครื่องกรองน้ำ introduce chemical substances, including sodium hypochlorite for post-chlorination cycles, without the necessity to overdose. The sealed CWT pump head delivers accurate, linear and repeatable circulate and could be very safe as it minimises operator exposure to chemical compounds.
